Invited to the connection pilot?

Sign in to your hosting workspace to connect Airbnb, verify your listings and check inquiries without sending. Existing GuestNod pilot connections carry over automatically. Messaging and billing remain disabled; access is limited to invited accounts.

1. Tell us how you host

Join pilot interest with your property count and current software. Hosts who manage everything directly in Airbnb and hosts already using software may need different connection options. Joining is free and does not reserve a guaranteed pilot place.

2. Try your first reply

Open the sample app and personalize the acknowledgment. Try a new inquiry, a host-already-replied scenario, a reservation request and an urgent message. Use fictional details only. No sample message is sent to a guest.

A simple starting point: “Thanks for reaching out! We’ve received your message and will follow up personally soon.” Avoid promising availability, accepting a booking, or giving an answer you haven’t checked.

3. Keep your current setup running

Public enrollment is not open yet. Invited pilots connect through their hosting workspace. Keep using Airbnb and your current tools normally. Do not share passwords, API keys or real guest messages with us. If you use a co-host, note who owns the listing and who handles replies; we’ll confirm the supported authorization flow before the pilot.

Your control of rates and availability is a pilot requirement. We’re evaluating a messaging-only connection that lets you continue managing those in Airbnb. Partner access and testing are still pending. Before you connect, we’ll explain the authorization permissions and any separate provider subscription; there is nothing to purchase or authorize today.

4. What a live pilot will test

• A new eligible inquiry receives one approved first acknowledgment.
• Existing host and co-host replies are detected before sending.
• Pausing a property or the whole account stops acknowledgments.
• Failed or uncertain delivery is visible for personal review.
• Reservation requests remain yours to accept or decline.
• The approved connection respects your existing pricing and availability workflow.

These are acceptance requirements for the future pilot, not a claim that live behavior has already passed. Provider approval and real-listing testing are still required.

5. What happens after you join

Your details are saved for the team to review. There is no automatic confirmation email. We may contact you about product research or pilot fit using the email you provide. Before activation, we’ll explain supported features, pricing, any third-party subscription requirements, and how to pause or disconnect.
