Pilot interest privacy notice

GuestNod is a product being developed by the team at Rent My Timeshare. This notice covers our public pilot-interest form, sample app and separately authorized private connection tests.

What we collect and why

If you submit the form, we save your name, email address, property-count range, current hosting setup, optional software details, campaign source labels from the link you used, consent, and submission time. We use these details to assess product fit, arrange research conversations, and contact you about pilot availability. Joining does not start a subscription or connect your rental accounts.

Storage and access

Form details are stored in our hosted database and are accessible only through protected team access. Our hosting and infrastructure providers process this data to operate the website. We do not sell your contact details. We do not collect Airbnb passwords, guest messages, or payment information through this form. No advertising pixels have been added to this site. Campaign source labels are saved only when you submit the form; this does not measure visits or track you across websites.

Retention and your choices

We retain pilot-interest submissions for up to 90 days, unless you separately agree to participate in a pilot or request deletion sooner. To withdraw permission, request a copy, correct your details, or request deletion, email davie@rentmytimeshares.com with the subject “GuestNod privacy.”

Technical information

To reduce form abuse, we store a one-way hash of the requesting network address with your submission. Hosting providers may also process routine technical logs. Anonymous sample-app settings and illustrative conversations are stored in your browser; signed-in sample workspaces may store settings and sample activity in our database. Do not put real guest or sensitive information into the demo.

Private Repull connection pilot

Only an authorized operator can start this test. Connecting uses Repull’s hosted authorization flow with messaging permissions. Repull identifies its Airbnb connection app as FantasticStay; we have not independently verified authorization for GuestNod’s subscriber model. Airbnb passwords are entered only with the relevant provider, never into GuestNod.

For the test, Repull processes connected listing, account, reservation and conversation data. GuestNod stores account and listing identifiers, listing names, connection state, request counts and signed event metadata. A read-only decision check temporarily reads message history to detect replies and assess whether acknowledgment would be appropriate. This console does not store or display guest message text, and cannot send messages or start paid subscriptions. The public demo does not gain access to this information.

Our hosted site uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. The Repull API key and webhook signing secret belong in protected server-side runtime configuration. During initial owner setup, a private field encrypts the API key before transmission. Only ciphertext is temporarily saved for configuration; it expires after 30 minutes and is removed on the next owner status check after expiry or completed setup. The decryption key is not deployed with the website. Event metadata is removed after 30 days when new verified events are processed; technical backups and provider retention are governed separately by the applicable providers. Connection mappings remain until removal is requested. Disconnecting stops the provider connection but does not itself erase historical records. Contact us below for access or deletion requests.
